Good food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff

We love this place it has a very cozy atmosphere.

The owner always comes out to check on you. Food is excellent and the staff is super good.

The service was excellent. Fast and and very friendly. The food was okay. Not a lot of seasoning...kind of bland. Perhaps the pizza would have been a better choice.

Great a little place very romantic and small. The food is to die for. We had stuffed mushrooms and they were the bomb. The pizza was amazing. TBH everything on the menu would probubly tast amazing! Got to go check it out for sure. Great for dinner occasion.

This little place looks unassuming, but if you stop in you will be rewarded with some great Italian food! We haven't had anything we would not order again. In fact, every time we go it is hard to choose what to try next or if we should just get what we had the last time. Every thing comes out hot and fresh. Don't fill up on the bread, although it is delicious, you will have tons of food. The interior of the restaurant is not impressive, but it is clean and tidy. There is enough seating and room to get around. It is tight if you are in wheel chair but the staff will be more than accommodating to get seated and comfortable.

I love this Restaurant. I have been here many times and have never been disappointed. I love the Veal Parm. It is made with a real Veal cutlet not a patty of supposedly ground Veal. The sauce is just right and the best thing is that is run by an Italian family. Pizza is also great so go and try it out.

Service was good. Food I would give 3 1/2 stars. Sauce little runny.

Great food, fair prices, & great service

The food tasted exactly as it should, came to the table freshly-prepared and hot, and was proportioned appropriately for the price. The service was excellent, and I had called ahead to ask about accessibility, so there was a friendly giant of a man waiting to greet us when we arrived. The ambiance was perfect for a quiet date night dinner close to home. BYOB doesn't hurt my feelings either!! Great experience.

Loved it!!! Kelsey was our waitress & did a fantastic job. It was my first time coming & I will be back. I plan to bring family to this gold mine. The service fabulous & the food was wonderful. The veal parmigiana was ever so tasty. The tiramisu was the BEST I’ve ever eaten.😋

I ate lunch here today with my parents and I must say this restaurant is a hidden gem! Family owned and their food is so rich and flavorful! We will definitely be back ! And the staff is amazing! Thank you for a great experience!

Very good Italian food I had the chicken alfredo and it was sooooo good.

We just had our first dinner there. OMG it is so good. We are speechless for the food quality and taste. Service is AWESOME. We had the eggplant rollatini..Amazing dish.Thank you Giovanni's !!Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

My Co workers and I went there for lunch today. I had the Baked Ziti. It was Delish! as usual. And as always, the were all welcoming and courteous.

Today was our first visit to this neighborhood mom & pop Italian kitchen. It had good ratings so we decided to give it a try. What a delight! The owner came out and visited with us. We bragged on the Homemade Bread. He ran back to the kitchen & brought large pan of other homemade items including homemade ingredients like the bread. Husband had the lasagna & I had the triple pasta dish with home made marinara sauce with lots of cheese. A delightful place. Not fancy, but warm & welcoming. If you enjoy wine, BYOB. Food with home country recipes. This is the real deal!

I could tell that this place is family owned. The service is so personal and food oh so authentic. I was impressed with the freshness and texture of the calamari (awful if not properly prepared). I will most certainly be showing up here for dinner again and again and again....you get the idea.

A very nice neighborhood restaurant. So far I have enjoyed the Tortellini alfredo, antipasto salad, and the Giovanni Special pizza. I look forward to returning and trying new items.

This little gem of an Italian restaurant was such a wonderful dining experience. It is owned by a very sweet family. The wait staff is also so sweet and attentive. It is a very cozy atmosphere and the food is divine! They use old family recipes and make everything from scratch. This is not big corporate America dining and food. This is genuine and unigue. What a lovely surprise to run across this little hidden gem! Brandy was our waitress and she is so sweet and attentive and she really knows her food!! This is a must try if you haven't eaten here before!

This place was wonderful! Not going to lie, pulling up the outside looked like a typical chain restaurant but we were kindly greeted and seated by lovely staff. As an appetizer we got the fried calamari that was HUGE , and luckily not o we cooked.( I'm not a fan of crunchy calamari you get at places like Olive garden) as a side salad I got the ceasar salad which was perfect as well the portions werent stingy, nor overly sized. I got the shrimp Alfredo and my boyfriend got the chicken Alfredo. Both dishes were served McDonald's coffee hot but delicious non the less. He claims best chicken he's had a such a place. And we finished dinner off with a chocolate cheesecake that surprisingly had a touch of coffee to give a pleasant bitter accent to the sweetness of the crust. All in all would 100% recommend !

The food here is authentic and absolutely delicious. The staff was also very friendly. I'm so happy to have discovered this place and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The ziti fradiablo is hands down one of the best pastas I have ever had. The tiramisu and homemade bread are also amazing. And above all, the service is absolutely perfect. This is our favorite Italian place in Fort Worth!

OMG this is THE BEST Italian food I have ever eaten next to my Grandmother's of course. You must ask for the lobster ravioli even though it is not on the menu - my absolute favorite!

An absolute must go to! Authentic Italian food, fantastic service. My husband and I came and were pleasantly surprised that we could bring in our own wine as well (where we are from that is not legal yet.)

This was my first visit to Giovanni's Italian Kitchen. The biggest problem, a person may have, is that the strombolis are addictive! Everything is fresh, including the ingredients, and made to and for your particular order. Make sure you order enough, for several days, even weeks, unless you are willing to make numerous trips to this place, because you will!!! I plan to, for sure! In addition, the people are AMAZING and EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE AND THEY HAVE FAMILY, FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT!
